Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga reached out to us to help them tell their story to a wider audience and engage the local community in a more complete way. We did a deep-dive discovery session of their online presence and spent quality time in their offices getting to know their staff and work.
From there, we created a playbook for marketing and communications with an emphasis on social media. This laid the foundation for our creation of digital assets to be shared on social channels, real time event amplification for fundraisers, and ongoing social coaching to ensure that they’re sticking to and benefitting from the playbook.
Our social media engagement strategy was so successful that it completely updated how RMHC of Greater Chattanooga seeks out and receives their donations. After receiving coaching and implementing the strategies we devised, organic engagement on social media grew to 4 times greater than the average for non-profits.
Taking our advice, RMH retired their telethon in favor of a livestream and grew their year-end online donations to the highest ever recorded. We helped them dramatically increase their reach and engagement at events while creating professional content they can use for years to come.
