THE ROLE

RVRB is looking for an experienced videographer to join our production team in order to serve our client’s mission, products, and experiences. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive experience shooting and editing various types of content, ranging from short hype sizzles to storytelling pieces. This person needs to be creative, driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS VITAL TO THE ROLE:

• Video editing (highly efficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Davinci Resolve)
• Video capture (working with production equipment like Canon, Blackmagic, DJI, and occasionally higher-end equipment like RED)
• General production-set experience (DP, Gaffer, Audio, etc.)
• Knowledge of adjacent creative processes (i.e. graphic design and photo editing workflows)
• Clear and efficient communication in high pressure environments

RESPONSIBILITES

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high quality videos within tight deadlines.
• Perform efficiently in video capture using a variety of cameras and grip equipment.
• Manage project assets (footage, graphics, audio, etc.) from capture/creation through to the final archiving, in coordination with our content creators.
• Work in coordination with the Director of Production, Project Manager, Content Creators (editors, shooters, and designers), and our Account Executive(s) to bring projects to life.
• Execute multiple projects in various stages of development and production, simultaneously.
• Provide and respond to clear and efficient communication in high pressure environments.
• Engage in RVRB protocols (Time Tracking, Weekly Meetings, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of video content production and/or project management
• Experience with all aspects of video production
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop)
• Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve
• Technical and video problem-solving skills (frame rates, composition, color correction, etc)
• Proven experience of developing effective story-driven content
• Ability to execute within tight deadlines and/or with quick revisions
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats

TERMS

We are seeking a full-time role at 35-45 hours per week.

Ideal candidate would be located within two hours of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Travel will be required for events and production shoots.
