Reflection is vital for both individual and corporate growth but slowing down enough to reflect in a meaningful way can be one of the most difficult disciplines to master, especially in our industry.

As a team, we are committed to reflection, as hard as it may be. It reminds us of all the work we have put in together, emphasizing the countless moments we have to be proud of. We are constantly astounded by both the quantity and the quality of the work that our team produces.

At the end of each year, team RVRB closes up shop for a week to rest, reflect on the past year, and to plan for what's to come. The following is a collection of twenty-two projects from 2022. Twenty-two is a small percentage of projects we started and finished but these are a few that stood out and we hope will inspire you to make an impact on the internet for your brand in 2023.

A Linq Project

Helping Define The Linq Design System

Using products that help deliver seamless networking opportunities, our friends at Linq are creating a better way to connect. We have partnered with them to create marketing videos, 3D models, photos, and other marketing assets, assembling a design system specifically for their marketing team.

Aside from helping with design we also have continued to partner with Linq to craft their primary video assets for new and existing products. Below is a piece introducing one of their newest products in the lineup, Linq Paper.

An Empowered21 Project

Helping Promote Amsterdam 23 Event

Empowered21 is a global relational network that aims to help shape the future of the Spirit-empowered movement. We not only created a brand design for their conference, Amsterdam 2023, but also a bulk of content for them to use for the year leading up to the event.

This project marked several firsts for us. Most notably, it was the first time we have been a part of both the branding and the real-time capture of the event. This project was some of our most collaborative and favorite design work we’ve done this year, and we are excited to see how they continue to utilize the content we made in new and unique ways leading up to the event.

A winshape Event

Helping Winshape One Look Great Online

WinShape exists to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life. They do this through five core ministries: summer camps, foster care, team and leader development, college student discipleship, and marriage enrichment. These five ministries come together every year to foster community, learn together, and plan for what's to come. We had the pleasure of capturing this fantastic experience.

A Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico Project

Helping Hyatt PR Create Compelling Content

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is a resort framed against the backdrop of the beautiful El Yunque rainforest and close to the historic streets of Old San Juan. We were given the opportunity to take a few trips out this year to capture stunning stunning photos, video, and social media assets they can use for their marketing year-round.

A HighRadius Corporation Project

Helping Make High-Radius Look Fun Online

Radiance is the largest in-person conference for the office of the CFO. Finance leaders and professionals who are looking for insights into emerging trends, techniques to scale their finance tech stack, and those looking for community within their industry come from all over the world to Radiance! We were able to make their event look great online, as well as handle all of the recordings that were distributed to their guests.

Helping Create A Second Screen Experience For Orange Conference

Orange creates resources and experiences that promote the alignment of the church and the home. When the light of the church combines with the heart of the home, you get a more substantial, more vibrant impact on a kid's life. We have partnered with Orange for many years, creating impactful content that draws people into both their brand and their mission.

Helping Brand Generation One Conference

We’ve had the honor to partner with Word Of Life Hawaii to brand several of their conferences over the last year. Generation One stands out not only because of its fun color palette and funky fonts but also for the ease at which we were able to understand and execute their vision for the conference.

A World vision Event

Helping Capture The Story Of My People Tour

World Vision frequently partners with artists to invite people to be a part of their humanitarian work. They asked us to help create a social media toolkit for their artists and to capture the experience of partnering with World Vision by joining them on several stops of Crowder’s tour. We were able to create unique content that will help them pitch their partnership to other artists.

An Addo/Chick-fil-A Project

Helping Pass The Baton

Chick-fil-A has been a client we have dreamed of working with for years. This year, in partnership with Addo, we have done several projects creating content that engages, teaches, and inspires their staff and leadership teams. Our favorite piece is inspired by Dan Cathy's impactful speech to his employees about the process of passing a baton. This process leans into the choice between settling for what's here or creating the tomorrow that we know is worthwhile. Living off the brand others have crafted or continuing to build it. This exchange represents carrying on the corporate purpose from one generation to the next generation of pioneers.

An epicmba project

Helping Business Legends Be Made

Sometimes you receive calls that go something like this: "We need to go film a bunch of content out in Montana in two weeks. For who? For a guy named Vic Keller. Never heard of him? He's a seasoned entrepreneur, sold a couple companies to Berkshire Hathaway, leads a private equity and venture capital firm."

From there, we dove deep into developing the EPIC MBA brand. It's an invitation to a way of business, an ecosystem designed for success and fulfillment. Integrating long-term guidance and a curated community, EPIC MBA ensures a significant and sustainable growth. No holy gurus, but human guides who've found a clear path to business success.

Partnering with Vic, the EPIC team, and Whiteboard on this project was an honor. We could not be more excited to see where this group is headed. Below is an introductory video we made for the brand.

A WESTON WAMP PROJECT

Helping Win A Mayoral Election

Upon Mayor Coppinger's decision to retire, Weston and Shelby embarked on what they call an "eight-year mission" to help shape the county where their four children will grow up and attend public schools. The Hamilton county Mayoral Campaign was a marathon, as many political campaigns are. We launched Weston's campaign announcement ad within 48 hours of Coppinger's announcement to retire. From there, it was a rush to the finish line. We created 10 TV ads, multiple radio ads, and covered all of the key events of the campaign.

Helping Showcase A Nutritional Approach At NoBull Crossfit Games

Nicole Aucoin founded Healthy Steps Nutrition, and in partnership with her husband Jason, they have helped over thirty thousand people worldwide take control of their health. We love their mission, and our partnership runs far deeper than the average client relationship. They are friends, advocates, and guides for our team. We traveled all over the US with them this year, capturing powerful testimonials from their clients and highlighting the tremendous impact HSN creates. The Crossfit Games was just one of many incredible projects and events we partnered on.

A Bristol Motor Speedway Event

Helping Tell The Story Of Bass Pro Shops Race

Heart pounding, adrenaline pumping, the loud sounds have turned to white noise, and you can feel the rumble in your chest. Bristol Stadium is a sight to see, and it was a thrilling experience for us to participate in the Bass Pro Shops Race. We created one of our most cinematic event videos ever. And above all else, we learned that Bristol truly is the last great colosseum.

A StoryBrand Event

Helping Share The Story Of The Made Simple Summit

StoryBrand is an organization that is near and dear to our hearts. We get the opportunity to partner with them in a way that few agencies have had the privilege to do. This year we continued our agency certification, captured and promoted their most prominent events, and even played a role in creating the content that helps train the next group of leaders who participate in the Made Simple curriculum. The Made Simple Summit was one of our favorite events. We not only get to capture incredible memories but also get to participate in a community that makes us better.

This was our third year working the Chattanooga Motorcar Festival. Helping handle all of the traditional and digital marketing for the event, we created world-class content before the event even started. From there, we deployed a team to capture the larger-than-life moments during the event.

In Conclusion

Each passing year seems to be MORE of a whirlwind than the year preceding it and we didn’t think we could ever top 2022 or 2021 but alas, we did! In 2022 our team grew (and their talent grew as well), new client relationships grew, our product offerings grew, our revenue grew, and at times our stress did too! We facilitated more than 130 projects, events, and campaigns for our clients. We established new partnerships, influential relationships, and continued investing in longstanding client relationships!


We say good bye to 2022 with better understanding of agency, new processes, new workflows, new faces, new industry techniques, improved gear (thanks to an overnight criminal 😡), and significant increase in the quality of our work (so we’ve heard)!


A 2022 reflection has given us the bump we needed to flip the calendar over to 2023. If there’s a repeating thread we hear of with client success it’s that we help turn a page on their quality (and oftentimes the speed of that quality).
